2. Refund Policy

Approved Returns:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

4. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel.

After Shipping:

  • Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
